Because the Starter Kit is a digital product that can be accessed immediately, purchases are generally final once download access has been successfully delivered.

When to contact support

The live site should publish a support email before checkout is enabled. Reasonable requests should be reviewed promptly and handled in accordance with applicable law and the payment provider's requirements.

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• The download link did not arrive or does not work.
• The delivered file is corrupted or materially different from the product description.
